The challenge

Prozeso is a B2B SaaS that helps small and mid-size businesses automate internal workflows with AI. The founder already had a working product and paying customers, but the product needed a clearer visual and communication layer to support growth.

The website had to do more than look polished. It needed to explain a technical product in a simple way, build credibility quickly and guide non-technical visitors towards taking action.

The main challenge was clarity.

AI automation can easily feel abstract, complex or too technical. The landing page needed to translate that complexity into a message that business owners could understand quickly:

• what the product does,
• who it is for,
• why it matters,
• and what the next step should be.

My role

I was responsible for the design layer of the project, from the landing page structure to the visual system.

My work included:

• defining the landing page structure,
• designing the visual interface,
• creating a scalable design system,
• working with the founder/developer to align design decisions with the product direction.

Approach

Turning complexity into clarity

The landing page was structured around simple business outcomes rather than technical features. Instead of leading with “AI automation”, the page needed to communicate practical value: saving time, reducing manual work and helping teams operate more efficiently.

Building trust for a technical product

Because the audience was not necessarily technical, the design had to feel professional, reliable and easy to understand. The visual direction needed to support credibility without making the product feel cold or overly corporate.

Creating scalable foundations

Alongside the landing page, I created a design system with reusable foundations and components. This made the product easier to extend visually and helped create consistency beyond the first marketing page.

Outcome

The result was a live landing page and design system for a real SaaS product with active paying customers. The project gave Prozeso a clearer public-facing presence and a stronger foundation for future product and marketing work.

Reflection

This project is a good example of the type of work I enjoy most: taking a complex idea and turning it into a clear, structured and visually polished digital experience.
